How do I get started?

If you are a judge/magistrate, you may use Your Case Plan at no cost. To learn more, click "Get Started" above to claim your free account. Court Improvement Programs and Administrative Offices of the Courts may request a free pilot program in their state as well, certain conditions apply.

How does it work?

Judges may order all parties in their dependency cases to communicate using Your Case Plan, just like they would two parents with My Family Wizard. The product protects attorney/client privilege and makes it easy for families to communicate with their respective attorneys, caseworkers, and their child's caregivers.

Is this safe and privileged?

Absolutely. We use bank level security to protect you and your client's data, creating a safe space to communicate with your clients and share privileged information.
